786et Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

786et is an online gaming and entertainment platform that provides casino games, sports betting, slots, fishing games and live dealer gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 786et platform and its users ("members" or "you").

These Terms are effective in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply alongside these Terms when using all 786et services. Those documents are considered an integral part of these Terms.

786et reserves the right to amend, change or update these Terms without prior notice or with short notice. If you continue using the platform after any changes are published, you will be considered to have accepted the revised Terms.

2 Account Registration

To become a member of 786et, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. The following must be confirmed at the time of registration:

• The name, date of birth and contact details you provide must be genuine and accurate.
• Each person may open only one account. If a single person has multiple accounts, all of those accounts will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Your account password must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• The member is solely responsible for the security of their account.

If the information provided at the time of registration is found to be false or misleading, 786et reserves the right to close that account at any time and, where applicable, to take legal action.

3 Age Verification

At the time of registration, the member must declare that they are at least 21 years of age. 786et may at any time request valid documentation for age verification, such as a national identity card, passport or birth registration certificate. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

If an account belonging to a minor is found, 786et will immediately close that account and all funds deposited in that account will be forfeited.

4 Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for managing their own account. The following rules must be followed to keep the account secure:

4.1 Password and Security

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Never share your login details with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 786et support team immediately.

4.2 Updating Account Information

Update your personal information immediately if any changes occur. It is especially important to keep payment-related information accurate at all times. 786et will not be responsible for any transaction that is delayed or fails due to incorrect information.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 786et platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka) per method. Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Deposits from accounts registered in a third party's name are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• Account verification must be completed.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The name on the withdrawal must match the member's registered name.

5.3 Transaction Verification

786et may request additional verification for any transaction. Payments may be temporarily held in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

786et provides various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Among the current offers is a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

6.1 Bonus Terms of Use

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the total bonus amount.
• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specified in a particular offer.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.

6.2 VIP Program

786et's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on the member's regular activity and overall participation. 786et reserves the right to change the VIP terms at any time.

786et reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Game Rules

Each game available on the 786et platform has its own rules. Members are advised to read the specific rules of each game before starting to play.

7.1 Technical Issues

If a technical problem or disconnection occurs during a game, 786et will investigate the situation and attempt to provide an appropriate resolution. However, 786et is not responsible for external network or device issues.

7.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and impartial play. Once a game result has been determined, it cannot be changed.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786et platform:

• Any form of cheating, fraud or attempting to gain an unfair advantage through dishonest means.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or as part of a syndicate.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or gain unauthorised access.
• Using automated software or bots to play.
• Collecting or using other members' account information.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, 786et will immediately close the relevant account, forfeit all deposited funds and winnings, and take legal action where necessary.

9 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the 786et platform — such as logos, designs, text, graphics, software and games — is the intellectual property of 786et or its licensors. Copying, reproducing, distributing or using any part of this content for commercial purposes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Members may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

10 Limitation of Liability

786et accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses in games or bets due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Any inconvenience caused by problems with the member's own device or network.
• Any loss resulting from the actions of a third party.
• Any financial loss caused by the member's own errors.
• Any loss caused by services or websites outside the platform.

In any circumstance, 786et's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited in the member's account.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

786et places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information and transactions secure.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

12.1 Closure by 786et

786et may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If documents required for verification are not submitted.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.

12.2 Closure by the Member

13 Changes to Terms

786et reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes, members will be notified as early as possible via email or through the platform.

14 Dispute Resolution
